A: Early supporters of AARON AG get to keep their previous Basic or Premium Monthly Subscription prices for as long as they remain an active member. Basic is no longer an option in joining and the price of Premium has increased for new members.
Q: I have been a member since the old pricing system but my payment was declined and I was removed from the website. What can I do to rejoin and keep my old membership price? A: You have 2 weeks to contact us by email after being removed from the website to have your previous payment plan honored and account back.
Q: I subscribed with card and checked both my Email Inbox and Spam folders and I still have not received an email? A: It can take up to 24 hours to receive the email. Another option is to click LOG IN on the home page and select "Reset Password". Even if you do not have a password set, it should speed up the process and send you an email to change/create a password with the email you Subscribed with.
